I can't say enough about the staff I worked with when I purchased my car through them. I went on a test drive with Gary, & told him I needed to eat lunch before working out the numbers. He was supportive of me going to get some food and then coming back. There was no combativeness. It was awesome. I came back, & Gary was busy, but I worked with John to talk numbers, and I was EXTREMELY impressed at how everything went. I had multiple quotes from every dealership in SoCal, & they met my lowest quote (of course the head boss threw the typical guilt trip my way about how it was too good of a deal), but the whole numbers game took maybe a half hour. Then came the finance office - that's where you usually get ripped to pieces on the price, but that never happened! WTH?? The girl (last name Hernandez) was so chill & friendly. While she tried to add things on, the pressure was no biggie. Easy peasy. Not your typical finance office person behavior.Overall, this was hands-down the best car purchase I have ever made (I've purchased 3 other new cars). No nasty car salesman, they were very respectful, super friendly, and professional. John was the best to work with!!! He has some cool life stories to boot!
Service was good, Jose was good, love the complimentary car wash, but I feel like charging us for a loaner (new practice) is not cool. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years for service, i have purchased 4 cars here and I get charged $10 for a loaner. Also, my bill for this current service was over $1300, yet they still charged me $10 for a loaner.
I very much appreciate Charlies wonderful assistance and costumer service. Her goes above and beyond to assist me in servicing my RXDX Acura. He is one of the main reasons I have continued serving my car here. I do have a problem, with the change at this dealership. One question I clearly asked when I bought the car here: is do I get a loaner car, when my car is serviced. Answer yes. Recently I was informed I will be charged for a loaner car. Time is very valuable to us all. I've ask friends with Toyota’s, Mercedi Benz ,Audi and Lexus all of us bought our cars at the same time. All of them receive loaner cars when servicing their cars at this time, not at an addition charge as AUCRA is charging. This is one of the perks for going back to the dealership to service my car. My husbands answer is to service the car closer to home this is potentially a deal breaker for servicing my car In the future at this time
My Service Manager Jose was great. He set the right expectations and kept me informed of the ongoing service as he said he would. Acura allowed me to take a loaner car for the days that I didn't have mine, and the entire experience was so easy. Highly recommend this dealership.
I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Everyone I worked with was patient and accommodating, making sure I got what I wanted for what I could afford. I absolutely love my 2019 TLX A-Spec and have Glenn, Alex and Chris to thank for that! Even Iyshia in Finance was a pleasure to work with as she was friendly, efficient and got me out of there quickly. They were more than fair on price for both my new car and my trade-in. You will not be disappointed if you visit this dealership!
