As we all know shopping for cars can be very stressful and time consuming. Normally it takes weeks or months to ponder and negotiate. I've been car shopping for about two months to make sure I really liked what I was getting. Honestly I was starting to think I wasn't going to be able to get what type of car I wanted and was going to settle for whatever because I was starting to get overwhelmed. To my surprise, I came in on June 19 and was greeted by Zhou who showed me the car I was looking for and I bought that car the same day. He knew everything about the car I wanted. He answered all the questions that I asked and made me feel very confident about the car. I really appreciate how friendly he was because I told him my budget and what I wanted, he was receptive to it and did not make me feel uncomfortable. When I left the dealership with my new car he gave me his card and said let me know if we could  help you with anything. The next day I was sitting in the back seat of my new car and realized the passenger lights  was not turning on and I texted him about it. Within minutes he replied  and said there was a button in the front I needed to press to be able to turn the lights on. He was right, the lights in the back passenger seats turned on with the push of that one button.   I am so grateful I purchased my car at Acura of Escondido, their customer service from Zhou to their GM was very friendly and easy to work with. It's very refreshing and comforting to see smiling faces during a stressful time. I would definitely refer my friends and family here because of how I was treated. I wish I knew about this place earlier because I'm sure I could have avoided the whole 2 months of car shopping. If you're car shopping right now, trust me this place has the best customer service and really works with you.
