How to Turn off the Tire Pressure Light on Your Acura

This more than likely means that it just needs to be reset. Here’s how to turn off the tire pressure light on your Acura vehicle: 

1. For 10 minutes, drive at above 50 mph. This should reset the tire pressure light. 
2. If your light is still on, then turn the key to the “on” position without starting the car. Hold the TPMS reset button, which you can find in your owner’s manual. Push the button until the light flashes three times, and then release the button. 
3. Drive your car for 20 minutes, and this should reset the system. 
4. Inflate all of your tires over 3 PSI of the recommended amount of tire pressure. 
5. Then, deflate all of your tires.
6. Inflate all of your tires back to the original amount. 
7. Turn your vehicle off and disconnect the positive battery terminal. 
8. Push the horn for three seconds. 
9. Reconnect the battery.
